Printing processes have a large number of high-speed, interactive parts. Often these parts are large shafts which are difficult to change due to their considerable mass. IHC’s wear resistance and high lubricity enables these parts to interact efficiently for far longer times when compared with bare metal or ceramic coatings. IHC goes further to enable maximum ink transfer because its high surface energy minimizes wettability.
